We use collected information to operate and improve Quantirx, power dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted features, communicate service updates, respond to support requests, and maintain the security of the platform.

When you connect a third-party platform, Quantirx accesses only the data needed to provide the requested feature. You control which connectors are active and can disconnect a source from your workspace settings.

Quantirx uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand product usage and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

Account and connector data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We share data with a limited set of infrastructure and service providers, such as hosting and email delivery, who process it on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell your data, and we only disclose it further if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you.
