Terms of Service

Quantirx provides the Quantirx Commerce analytics product and Data Solutions professional services. Your use of either is governed by these terms and, where applicable, a signed order form, subscription agreement, or statement of work.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and workspace.

Free trials run for the period stated at signup and may end or convert to a paid plan as described at the time of the trial. Paid subscriptions are billed as set out in your order form or the pricing plan you select, and can be cancelled according to the cancellation terms provided at signup.

When you connect a third-party account or data source, you authorize Quantirx to access it using the credentials or permissions you provide, solely to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect and use that data with Quantirx.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data sources you connect, for maintaining appropriate permissions for your team, and for complying with laws that apply to your own business and data.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for an unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell access to the platform without a signed agreement.

Quantirx retains all rights to the software, platform, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your own business data. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party’s intellectual property to the other.

We work to keep the service reliable, but features, integrations, and availability may change as the platform evolves. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantirx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that does arise is limited as described in your signed agreement.

Either party may terminate access according to the terms of the applicable agreement. Quantirx may also suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached.
