Cancellation and refund policy
This policy applies to Quantirx digital subscriptions. Review the billing cycle and amount before confirming payment.
Cancel a subscription
Request cancellation of renewal through billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period. Cancellation alone does not refund a period already used.
Request a refund
Contact us for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or service that was not activated after confirmed payment. Include the transaction reference, account email, payment date and reason. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
Review and payment
We review the payment and service delivery records and communicate the outcome and any amount due. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the gateway and bank and is communicated when the request is approved.
Customer rights
Mandatory rights under applicable rules remain unaffected. Any terms for custom services are stated in the service proposal or contract before payment.
