Shipping and service delivery policy
Quantirx provides software subscriptions and digital services. We do not sell physical goods or charge shipping fees for platform subscriptions.
Delivery method
Your plan is made available in the Quantirx account linked to the purchase after the gateway confirms successful payment. A redirect from the payment gateway alone does not confirm payment.
Service activation
Check subscription status in billing settings. Connecting stores and data sources requires the appropriate permissions. Data imports may take time depending on volume and source availability.
Delayed activation
If payment succeeded but the plan is missing, contact us with your account email, transaction reference and date so we can check payment and activation. Verify the original transaction before paying again.
Custom services
Implementation, training and custom integration scope and delivery dates are set out in a proposal or contract before payment. Custom delivery schedules do not apply to standard subscriptions.
